Known Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Known limitations include:

• Video backgrounds: Some pages use decorative background videos that do not have captions. These videos are purely decorative and do not convey information
• Scroll-triggered animations: Some visual animations are triggered by scrolling. Content remains accessible without these animations, and users who prefer reduced motion can enable the "Reduce Motion" setting in their operating system
• Third-party content: Some embedded third-party content (such as social media feeds or external booking widgets) may not be fully accessible. We encourage those providers to improve their accessibility
• PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to ensure all new documents meet accessibility standards

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across our entire website.

Event Accessibility

Our commitment to accessibility extends beyond our website to the events we produce. We work with clients and venues to accommodate guests with disabilities, including:

• Collaborating with venue teams to ensure ADA-compliant event spaces
• Adapting performances and entertainment to be inclusive when requested
• Providing advance information about performance elements (such as strobe lighting, loud sounds, or fog effects) so guests can make informed decisions
• Working with clients to position entertainment in accessible areas
